How credits are counted
Section titled “How credits are counted”A credit is consumed when a draft order is successfully created in Shopify. Failed or rejected orders do not count against your limit.
What happens at the limit
Section titled “What happens at the limit”When you reach your plan’s order limit, new orders are queued until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Upgrade your plan to increase the limit immediately.
How to upgrade
Section titled “How to upgrade”Go to Shopify Admin > Apps > LevelOps PDF to Order > Billing to view your current plan and upgrade.
